Built From Field Experience

Our approach is shaped by real experience in utility construction, emergency response, safety leadership, training, and field operations. We understand what works on paper - and what actually works in the field.

Practical Solutions, Not Generic Programs

We do not force every company into the same model. We look at the work, the people, the systems, and the actual challenges, then build practical solutions around operations.

Training Built for How Adults Actually Learn

We know experienced construction workers do not build lasting competency by siting through a video or clicking through a PowerPoint. Our training follows a practical progression: hear it, see it, do it, then demonstrate id for others. That process builds understanding, confidence, and real-world skill that can be applied in the field.

Jeremy Struble

Founder & CEO

Jeremy brings extensive experience across wildland and structural firefighting, utility construction, safety leadership, training, and field operations. His background includes wildfire response, urban structural firefighting, heavy rescue, helicopter rescue, emergency response, and years of leadership within utility and construction environments. He has developed and led safety programs, hands-on training, operational improvement efforts, and field-based risk reduction strategies. That combination of emergency response and construction leadership experience drives Struble Consulting's practical approach to consulting, training, and the development of its Wildfire Readiness Assessment.

Greg Gorton

Vice President of Operations

Greg brings a strong background in firefighting, emergency response, wildfire behavior, construction, and field operations. His experience gives him a practical understanding of how crews, leadership, systems, and changing field conditions affect performance. At Struble Consulting, Greg helps ensure assessments, consulting engagements, and training programs remain grounded in real-world operations, practical execution, and solutions that can actually be implemented in the field.

Robert "Pops" Struble

Director of Training

Robert brings extensive experience in utility construction, safety leadership, workforce development, wildfire prevention, and hands-on technical training. He has developed and delivered training for field personnel across demanding construction environments, including advanced wildfire mitigation and firewatch programs on major utility projects. His focus is on practical competency - showing workers how safety requirements protect them in real-world conditions, not simply telling them what the rules are. Robert brings a genuine concern for the well-being of the people he interacts with, and that commitment is reflected in the way he teaches, coaches, and develops field personnel.
